The Tale of Iskander #5

The night the Beggar was murdered, the full Moon was shining over Gancaloon and yet, nobody witnessed the crime although the city seldom sleeps. Maybe people averted their head when they heard the cries. Nobody wants to be involved in other people's problems, and even less so when the Beggar is involved. Somebody was seen flying the scene it was told afterwards in the taverns of the city but the shadows of the temple were too deep, it happened too fast, nobody was near. The night patrol found the body when all was long ended. The knife they threw away. It was the most common dagger that could be found in all the bazaars of Gancaloon.

And yet, somebody had had advantage in the murder, people were certain of that. It would be a matter of time...

Description of how this image was created

This scene was started in 2010 and shelved more or less since then. The temple was built in Silo2 (http://www.nevercenter.com/silo/); the running figure was posed with Poser 8. Blood stains are blobs generated with the easyblob macro by Rune Johansen.
